The occasion
An Aeroflow corporate event built around the team.
Aeroflow’s “Under the Big Top” brought its team together for a corporate party at Asheville Ag Center. Ready Play Entertainment coordinated the music with the organizer, and Patrick Lopez — DJ P-LO — provided the DJ entertainment.
The preparation included collecting song requests from the team and reviewing the event layout. With several elements sharing the room, that advance coordination helped define where the DJ setup would fit and how music would support the evening.
